Coffee may ease muscle strain

Did you know? in addition to feeling sleepy while working, coffee can also be pain when the muscle at the time we sports?.

Indeed, so far we only know that coffee can be a sleepy feeling, but does not ease muscle cramps during exercise. Muscle pain is often felt by those who frequently and regularly sport.

This is because the body that increase muscle while we sport. A research university in Illinois to prove that, this research followed bythe students as much as 25 people as research objects. Students are divided into two groups, namely one group (A) consists of students who rarely even almost never drank coffee.

While the other group is students who regularly drink coffee as much as 1 to 4 glasses a day / every day. Both groups are doing exercise routines that have been scheduled by the researchers. While sport, a group that did not drink coffee at all experience aches and pain in the muscle faster than students who drink coffee 4 cup a day.

Conclusions / results of research are working hard on the caffeine in the brain and spinal nerve pain occurs during the process. Therefore, the researchers recommend to drink coffee before doing exercise in the fitness center or wherever, this is do to minimize the soreness in the muscles because of tired.
